The responsibilities of a Customer Care Representative is to help customers by ensuring excellent customer service, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This position takes on average 40 -100 calls per day depending on the time of year and season.

Pay

  • $15 - 17 hour - Will vary depending on experience and availability

Duties

  • Provide written and verbal communications to our customers in a manner that demonstrates our culture of caring.

  • Take ownership of customer cases to full resolution, communicating efficiently with internal departments when needed.

  • Continuously learn and improve product knowledge

  • Managing customer expectations effectively, and solving issues related to fulfillment and order inaccuracy

Requirements and Experience

  • Must be Bilingual - in English and Spanish

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Ability to empathize with customers

  • Team player

  • Must have a minimum bandwidth of 100 MBPS

  • Have ethernet internet connection

  • Must be able to maintain a quiet work environment
